Congratulations to IWF Kentucky member Lesa Seibert, CEO of Mightily, on her appointment to the Team Kentucky Council on Small Business and Entrepreneurship.
Lesa serves on the Council through her role as Chair of the Kentucky Commission on Small Business Innovation and Advocacy. As an Ex-Officio member, she holds a seat on the Council by virtue of her leadership position and carries the same rights, responsibilities, and voting authority as other members -- including participating in discussions, offering strategic expertise, and supporting the Council's fiduciary responsibilities.
This appointment reflects Lesa's continued leadership and advocacy for innovation, entrepreneurship, and small business growth across the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
